Helllllloooooooo!!!
It is Thursday and it is time to grab a cup of coffee (or tea if you prefer) and sit down for a minute to think of three things you are grateful for this week.
I love these few minutes every week.
Okay, so here is what mine are today.
1} I am LOVING yoga pants and my Billabong hoodie on this rainy rainy week.
(I suppose any hoodie would do, but I love THIS Billabong one and it feels like I am being hugged all day.)
It makes up for all this MUD.
2} I am glad that: (yes, I am going to say it out loud).... I was wrong and the hubs was right.
He hurt his foot and it looked WAY worse than it is. I MADE him go see the doctor. His self diagnosis was right. I am glad it's not anything worse.
3}Scrabble.
I have become a bit of a scrabble addict as of late. Did you know there is an AP called wordfued that you can put on most phones and play with your friends?? It is food for my mind and an AWESOME distraction during the day when I just need a minute or two of non-kid time. I have gotten the kiddos in on the action with the real board game version too. So we are all digg'n it.

Lots of sewing to do tonight. Better brew another pot ;)
So it was YOU that I got my 3 on Thursday idea from... I was trying to remember where that came from. I'll have to give you credit next Thursday.
ReplyDeleteI'm terrible at Scrabble. You should try bananagrams with the kids. I am not a scrabble kinda girl and even I loved Bananagrams.

ReplyDeleteHi! I hopped over from TT&J :) The top 3 things I am thankful for today are son #1, son #2 and son #3. Obviously I am thankful for them every day but I have been a little on edge all week and today I stepped back, looked around and saw 3 wonderful little boys. They put a smile on my face just by being in the room and helped me put things in perspective. Boy, do I love those little guys!
