They are nice aren't they? Like a little gift.
I got to JUST sit in my driveway.
That may not seem like a big deal but if you have ever had a busy toddler you know exactly what I mean.
It's like a triathlon out there! Though sometimes I do not know if I'm a competitor or a referee.
Saving that sweet little monster from any cars that may come flying completely cluless and pretending to be Mario Andretti down the road "that might smash her as flat a pancake, as squished as a bug."
Yes, I believe in instilling a little fear. It's the truth.
But Ahhh, in that moment of peace- I could hear the birds chirping and the crickets cricketting.
I could even hear her little voice whispering sweetly into her little castle. Such sweetness.
I could feel my skin soaking up the glorious sun.
JUST being. It was a great moment in my day. Just saying.....
