I have to admit that I was super excited to go to the post office today.
Other than sending back and forth letters with my German exchange Student I haven't mailed anything outside of the US, and I was oh so curious what it involved.
I am sure the post office lady shook her head at "poor Pheobe" as I walked out the door.
Because I actually asked the question in my head.
"so, once this gets to AUSTRALIA will this be delivered by the United States Postal Service?? Or Does it get given to an Australian delivery service? "
WHAT? I didn't know, and I was wondering. What's that your teacher used to say? You'll never know if you don't ask? Or my favorite (which I have learned was such a lie) "There is no such thing as a stupid question."
And now I know. Well, sort of. Anyway. Happy trip to you happy little package.
